VTP Sunday Update

Dear Families,

Well, that was another eventful Sunday! 😊 The most amazing part is that every family seems on a very similar page in terms of expectation and support. The respect and appreciation is deep, the community is growing, and we hope to continue this momentum and its trajectory. There was an overall improvement from last week to this week. And I know it’ll just gets better.

One cannot remind enough that this is a journey with all its ups and downs. We have about 100 kids (will get the final number soon). These little people have all their own emotions, experiences, and expectations. Furthermore, kids progress at such difference pace making the matrix complete! (Keanu Reeves would have been proud.) 😃 😃😃 Molding that into a team routine is good-sized task, but as a community, we have all the right predispositions.

We are an open club, where all are welcome. We have a wide variety of skill-sets and a wide variety of emotional-balances, and their configuration shuffling each practice and each game. 😊 Coach Ody and I are exploring and evaluating if the current approach and coaching strategies covers all the kids’ needs. We are at the very beginning, and things will settle down, but it is never to early nor too late to evaluate your coaching processes.

In summary, we could not be more proud of ALL the kids participating at this program. Each kid brings their own character to the VTP table and it’s creating a wonderful, passionate atmosphere.
