VTP U6/U8 Update – Sorry, not sorry 😀 🍦

Dear Families,

We are sorry – but really we are not. The sugar high is all their fault – and sheer madness it was! 😃 😊 The ice cream truck is one of our favorite community building practices and the 1001 smiling faces is our validation. This community is special. We absolutely love these kids. Their progress makes us happy. The kids are deserving of all our attention. My boys said “this was the best practice ever!” 😉 😃 We do not really prefer sugary nutrition, quite contrary, but we believe that once in a while it’s ok.

Here are a few things:

1. We promise we will have soccer balls for each child next practice. I should have trusted a tiny bit less, and verified more. They will be there for next week. We are still reluctant to allow the soccer balls that we have each kid to bring them in, as it truly would be a disaster during and after the practice! 😂
2. We are not sorry about your child’s sugar highs. 😃 Just wanted to clarify that. 😊 😊😊
3. U8s – incredible overall and across the board improvement. Simply amazing. They are actually playing Futbol! ⚽️
4. No games for any age groups this Sundays. We will most likely organize a free play pick up soccer session. Email to follow.

6. We counteracted the sugary treat with toothbrushes and tooth paste. ☺️👍🏼 While we do not prefer anything sugar, once in a while it’s ok.
7. Invite friends and family or your entire friends list to like our page. The more likes the better marketing campaigns and fundraisers we can do. Facebook made it easier now to invite entire friends list right from your phone. I would sincerely urge all to do this. This absolutely will help the program.
